About
13 Years Building
Growth Engines
I'm Guillermo—founder of Litebox, a go-to-market engineering team that's been helping startups scale for over 13 years. What started as an SEO agency evolved into software development, and eventually into what we are today: a full-service growth partner for ambitious DevTools companies.
My Focus
I work primarily with developer tools companies and B2B SaaS startups. These are businesses where the product is technical, the audience is discerning, and traditional marketing often falls flat. That's where I come in.
My approach combines deep SEO expertise with strategic thinking about positioning, content, and sustainable growth. I'm particularly passionate about GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)—the emerging discipline of optimizing for AI-powered search and discovery.
The Journey
I started my career as a front-end developer, which gave me a solid technical foundation and an appreciation for the developer mindset. But I found myself drawn to the business side—the challenge of helping great products find their audience.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with startups at every stage, from pre-seed to Series C and beyond. Each engagement has taught me something new about what works, what doesn't, and why growth is never one-size-fits-all.
Startup Nightmare
In 2023, I founded Startup Nightmare, a Miami-based event series that brings together entrepreneurs to face their deepest fears and share strategies for overcoming them. Now in its third year, it's become a key gathering point for the local startup ecosystem—intimate, honest conversations with founders, mentors, and investors.
Community
I'm a firm believer in the power of founder communities. I'm a member of Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), both in the Argentina and South Florida chapters—a global network of entrepreneurs that has been invaluable for peer learning and support.
I'm also a member of Hampton, a highly curated founder-led community in the US. Being surrounded by other founders who understand the journey makes all the difference.
Beyond Work
When I'm not thinking about growth strategies, you'll find me playing soccer, spending time with my kids, or exploring the Miami startup scene. I believe the best work comes from people who have lives outside of work—it keeps the perspective fresh.
Let's Connect
I'm always interested in meeting founders working on interesting problems. If you're building something in the developer tools or B2B SaaS space, let's chat.
