Welcome! I’ve finally gotten around to starting a blog.
After 13 years of helping startups grow, I’ve accumulated a lot of thoughts on what works, what doesn’t, and why most growth advice is either too generic or too specific to be useful. This blog is my attempt to share some of that perspective.
What to expect
I’ll be writing about:
- Growth strategy — Not the “10 hacks to double your traffic” kind, but the strategic thinking that actually moves the needle
- SEO and organic growth — My bread and butter, with a focus on what’s changing in the age of AI search
- Startup observations — Patterns I’ve noticed working with dozens of companies at various stages
- Building an agency — Lessons from running a boutique firm for over a decade
Why now?
Honestly, I should have started this years ago. But there’s something clarifying about the current moment in tech that makes me want to put thoughts into writing. The landscape is shifting—AI is changing how people find information, how products get discovered, and how growth works. I want to think through these changes in public.
